CNC Milled Parts
CNC milling can create parts and components to fit extremely precise dimensions and requirements. Using computer-guided tools, the fabrication process is completed quickly and with supreme accuracy. Queenta utilizes several state-of-the-art vertical mills to provide the finest CNC milling services in Suzhou City,China. All of our CNC mills operate on FANUC numerical control programming systems, letting us machine parts with extraordinary efficiency. Our CNC machining centers allow the fabrication of parts in sizes as large as 50" by 26" by 24" to meet any customer specifications.
Queenta's CNC milling services can be customized to match the exact needs of even your most precise fabrication project. We offer full-service CNC milling of a variety of materials, as well as CNC prototyping to ensure that the finished product will meet or exceed your expectations. Queenta creates top quality CNC milled components and parts, and will complete your project quickly, efficiently, and at low overall cost. Customer’s satisfaction is our number one concern.
Part production
At Queenta, automation software creates toolpaths that command CNC machines to rapidly mill plastic and metal blocks into final parts. We have multiple tool sets based on efficient cutters for a particular material or material type—plastics, soft metal and hard metal. We have about two dozen cutters per material type, with half being flat end mills and the other half ball end mills. Both sets are of consistent length and draft, which significantly aids in production speed and efficiencies.
CNC machines rapidly manufacture your parts through milling. All machined plastic parts are left as-milled, which typically means they show visible tool marks. Some metal parts, on the other hand, allow more finishing choices. When the run is complete and your required surface finish is applied, parts are shipped shortly thereafter.
CNC Milling Capabilities
Size
Maximum Milled Part Size:1100mm x 500mm x 500mm
Part Diameter: 500mm
Length:1400mm
Thickness
Our CNC machining process typically requires nominal part thickness to be larger than 1mm. Parts may be as thin as 0.5mm in regions as long as the nominal part thickness stays above 1mm.
Tolerances
In general, tolerances of ±0.05mm are expected and achieved.
Radii
Sharp inside corners on a part will be radiused as a natural result of the CNC milling process. Our automated quotes highlight areas where these radii will occur.
Text on parts
Recessed text should have a minimum stroke width of 0.5mm. The spacing between characters on raised text should be 0.5mm or greater. If your design permits it, opt for raised text versus recessed.
Surface finishes
At Queenta we provide many kinds of different surface treatment for CNC milling parts such as
Anodizing
Sandblasting
Electroplating
Power Coating
Silk-Screen printing
Engraving
Heat treated
Blacking
